Wednesday Nights at Berean Baptist Church

Berean Baptist Church’s Master Club is a ministry dedicated to teaching children God’s Word, motivating them to live out the truths they learn, training them to serve the Lord in productive and meaningful ways, and building healthy habits that will last a lifetime. We pursue these goals in a fun, challenging, and rewarding environment.

Every Wednesday evening starting September through the school year, Master Club meets during the evening church service at 7pm. Children from age three through 6th grade are welcome to join. Each age group has specific curriculum to make the lessons relevant and understandable. Each evening is filled with activities including a rally time to get everyone focused, Bible lessons, workbook and badge completion, game time, and the awards and prayer time.

There is a fee for participation which covers the cost of individual workbooks and some badges, the remainder being sponsored by Berean Baptist Church. For more information about participation fees, please contact our office at info@bbcsouthhill.com.

Age Groups

BEGINNERS – “God’s Little Treasures, Lambs, & Shepherds”

In Beginners’ classes, three through five year olds learn to memorize verses and how to apply those verses in their lives. The project workbooks cover Bible stories like Noah and the ark and creation. They also cover topics like prayer, God, His Word, Jesus, and much more. Children can earn 23 badges, 12 stickers, 10 ribbons, and memorize 60 verses as part of the Beginner’s group.

PRIMARIES – “Lookouts, Spotters, & Scouts”
In Primaries’ classes, first through third graders learn how they can be used of God while a child. They learn how to express kindness and thankfulness, be giving and obedient, serve the Lord and others, and delve deeper into Bible stories like the Good Samaritan. The lessons focus on many concepts critical for their age. They can earn 42 badges, 6 ribbons, and memorize more than 60 verses.

JUNIORS – “Ambassadors”
In Juniors’ class, fourth through sixth graders begin to really grasp key Biblical principles that shape their lives in Christ. The principles include Bible Study, Christian Living, and Bible doctrines. In this age category there are more than 90 verses to memorize and more than 100 awards to be earned. A Junior will not run out of achievements to motivate them to learn, give, pray, and grow.
